• 【Solve RV Freezing Plumbing Troubles】 Custom-made for long narrow RV fresh, gray & black holding tanks, it stops tanks from freezing and supports normal water system use. It can be used alone or matched with pipe & elbow heater pads for full pipeline freeze protection.
• 【Smart Automatic Thermostat Control】 Built-in thermostat auto switches ON at 45°F (±5°F) and OFF at 68°F (±5°F). It activates automatically to shield tanks from freezing when temperature drops low, and shuts off to avoid overheating damage when it warms up. No frequent manual switching required.
• 【Easy Installation】 2-Wires Design without plug for fixed place installation. Just wire this pad to a 13.5Volt DC power supply and RV power switch. If you are unsure about your RV's electrical system, consult a qualified RV technician. For best adhesion and performance, install when ambient temperature is above 68°F (20°C). Stick or wrap the pad fully around the holding tank as required. The pad will not get hot to touch under normal working status.
• 【CAUTION】
-
The model CW-ST725 requires 12V DC to operate. Connect to a 12V DC circuit only. Not for 120V AC household outlets.
-
Do not install the heater pad on a circuit with a Pump Motor or Microwave Oven.
-
This product is designed and tested for use as a heating device for RV holding tank systems constructed of electrically non-conductive materials.
-
Do not activate the pad if no fluid inside the tank, as this may cause overheating and damage the heating elements.
-
Do not place any objects such as batteries on top of the heater pad.
• 【Operating Instructions】
-
Ensure that the holding tank contains fluid before activating the pad. Fluid must cover the full surface where heater pad attaches.
-
The built-in thermostat will automatically turn ON the heater when tank temperature drops to 45°F (±5°F) to prevent freezing.
-
The heater will automatically turn OFF once tank temperature rises to 68°F (±5°F).
-
Manually turn off the power switch when outside temperature stays above freezing, fluids are fully emptied from tanks, summer arrives or RV is not in use.
-
Ambient temperatures must be at freezing or below while the heater pad is activated. Operation in warmer temperatures could damage your system.
